Founded Aviators in 1994 he has been leading the company and its team for the past 27 years. A Management and Law graduate, he holds both and Indian and American commercial pilot license. Aviators business activities include Aircraft sales and Management, Operations, Engines sales, Airline Ferry Service, International Fuel Sales, representing companies in India for marketing their products and services.


He successfully launched India’s first Air Ambulance venture. Aviators has launched new aircrafts, operated its own aircrafts for charter and continues to explore other areas of opportunity in the aviation sector.



Nirmal comes with over 20 years of experience in aerospace / aero engine Industry in Sales, Strategy and Business Development professional. Through the years of association with United Technologies / Pratt & Whitney Canada, He has been driving sales for both new engines and aftermarket. He led P&WC in Strategy & Business development and was the Country Manager India region. He contributed significantly for the company’s growth in India. Being the country head for India, he chartered and executed India regional strategy and roadmap to increasing revenues for the company by identifying and nurturing opportunities in both civil and defense markets.


He was appointed as Director on the board of UTC India Private Limited and worked with leadership teams across the UTC/ Raytheon to synergize activities and promote one company strategy for India. Nirmal leads Aviators efforts in the Aero Engines Sales and aftermarket.



Srinivasa is a dynamic and accomplished professional with a cross functional experience of over 35 years in Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations with leading companies in Aviation, Engineering and Environmental Control. He holds a British Pilot’s License and has travelled extensively around the world on business.

His experience spans from conceptualizing, planning & implementing business strategies as per established company objectives, policies & procedures to  achieving targeted profitability & growth of business. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Re-Engineering by American Standard Group. AS-9100 (Aerospace Quality Systems).


His core competencies are in Sales & Marketing, Relationship Management, Business Development. Srinivasa leads Aviators efforts in Business development for the company’s various projects.



Balan joins Aviators with over 30 years of experience in Aviation industry. During this rich span of experience, he has managed Business development, sales, Customer service, Planning, Operations setup at various airport locations, Airport and Flight operations management.


His last assignment was as Senior Manager for Air Works with responsibility for sales and operations in South India. Suring his tenure he was responsible for planning and management of corporate jets and overall effective functioning of the company’s business in South India. Balan leads Aviators efforts in Management of Corporate and Airline business.
